Thank you for considering pet adoption with Milo’s Dog Rescue of South Florida!
All of our animals are fully vetted upon adoption. That means, testing, shots, rabies, microchipped and spayed/neutered if you adopt a dog over 6 months old. If you adopt an animal under 6 months old, then the animal receives all of the same care except that rabies will be your responsibility at 6 months.
Our adoption fees vary depending on the pet’s needs. The adoption fees include all age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, spay/neuter and microchip.
Please fill out the Adoption Application in full and answer all questions thoroughly and honestly (If a question does not apply, type in N/A). An incomplete application will delay your application. Our screening process involves a home visit by one of our representatives; if you don’t allow it, please do not submit this application.
